Found a snake in your home, yard or workplace in the A.C.T? Our trained and experienced snake handlers will come to you to safely relocate any snake.

We will price match whatever the cheapest rate in the A.C.T currently is - no need to shop around, we will let you know what this is!

This service is available 24 hours a day. If you call outside of the Zoo's operating hours of 10am to 5pm 7 days a week, the answering machine will give you an alternative phone number to call anytime day or night.

Once the snake has been relocated, and the fee paid, you will receive a FREE Family Pass to the Canberra Reptile Zoo, valued at $45 (2 adults, 2 children). Bring the family to continue the scaly experience and learn all about snakes (safely behind glass!) and other reptiles in a fun day out.
